Pacific Tur UK is the single point of contact for your fleet — from first specification call through every year your vehicles remain in service.
One UK team. Every stage.
Our support model is built around the way operators actually work with their suppliers — long-term relationships, not transactional handovers. Every Pacific Tur customer is supported by the same UK team that specified their vehicle, from order to renewal.

Answers from the people who'll support you.
These are the questions our UK team is asked most often. If yours isn't here, send it to us directly — we'll answer it personally.
Each vehicle is delivered with the full Mercedes-Benz chassis warranty applicable to the model year, supplemented by a Pacific Tur conversion warranty covering body, glazing and interior fit-out for an agreed period. Warranty terms are confirmed in writing with each order — they are not standard across all builds and reflect duty cycle.
The Mercedes-Benz drivetrain can be serviced at any UK Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicle service point — a nationwide network operators already know. Conversion-specific work (interior, glazing, electrical) is coordinated by our UK aftersales team through approved specialists.
Mercedes-Benz drivetrain parts are available from the UK MB network with standard lead times. Conversion parts (panoramic glazing, Anlaş seating modules, electrical components) are shipped directly from our Romanian facility — we maintain a UK buffer stock of the most common items and target same-week dispatch for non-stocked parts.
Yes. For operators with multiple Pacific Tur vehicles, we offer coordinated servicing programmes that combine the MB drivetrain schedule with our own conversion-component schedule into a single, predictable maintenance calendar. Speak to our aftersales team for details.
Routine enquiries are responded to within one business day. Vehicle-off-road situations are responded to within four hours during UK business hours, with out-of-hours escalation paths for fleet contract holders.
Our priority is operators within the Pacific Tur fleet. We may, on a case-by-case basis, support second-hand Pacific Tur vehicles entering UK operation — contact aftersales with the vehicle's build number to discuss.
Yes. Vehicle familiarisation sessions are offered as part of the handover process and can be repeated on request — particularly useful when an operator's fleet rotates drivers across multiple vehicle types.
Conversion modifications (livery, interior trim, optional extras retrofit) can be scheduled through our UK aftersales team. Major modifications may require return to the Romanian facility — we'll be honest with you about which fit which path.
We maintain a UK buffer stock of the highest-turnover parts — glazing seals, common interior trim, electrical components. Lower-frequency parts ship from Romania, typically within the same week of the request.
Every Pacific Tur Sprinter is delivered with the complete Mercedes-Benz chassis documentation, the Pacific Tur conversion build record, type-approval certification, driver manual and aftersales contact card.
Yes. For fleet customers, the UK aftersales team will visit your depot on a scheduled basis to review the fleet, coordinate servicing and address any in-life observations. This is offered as standard for multi-vehicle accounts.
